Structural steel is the skeleton of your building — load paths, connection geometry, and fabrication tolerances have to be right before anything else stacks on top. We handle the full scope: take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings, shop detailing, material procurement, in-shop fabrication, and on-site erection with our own crew. We work from stamped engineering drawings, produce shop drawings for approval, fabricate to AISC standards, and coordinate delivery and erection with your site schedule. Every weld and connection is traceable.

From Drawing to Erected Frame
Drawing Review
We review architectural, structural, and foundation drawings. Identify connections, coordinate with the engineer of record, and flag conflicts early.
Shop Drawings
Detailed fabrication drawings with member sizes, weld specs, bolt patterns, and erection sequence. Submitted for approval before cutting steel.
Shop Fabrication
Material procurement, cutting, welding, drilling, and finish prep. QC inspection before anything leaves the shop.
Delivery & Erection
Scheduled delivery, crane coordination when needed, field welding, final plumb and alignment, and touch-up coating.

Yes. We produce detailed shop drawings from architectural or engineering plans, or work from drawings your design team provides. Submittals include member sizes, connections, bolt patterns, and an erection sequence. All drawings go through your EOR approval before we cut steel.
Yes — that's our model. Our crew fabricates in-shop and erects on-site. One team from design through install. No subcontracting the erection to a third party and no finger-pointing when something needs fixing in the field.
From small mezzanines and residential moment frames to full commercial building packages. If it's steel and it's in Florida, we can scope it. For very large multi-story frames we coordinate with crane and rigging specialists.
Typical lead times are 2–6 weeks for shop fabrication depending on scope, material availability, and drawing complexity. Erection schedules are coordinated with your site's readiness. We'll give you a binding schedule with the quote.
Sometimes. We'll inspect existing steel on site, evaluate what's salvageable, and quote the repair or re-fabrication scope. If it's not safe or code-compliant we'll say so upfront.
